By other hand, most of the projects/dreams by people are just small talk. There is nothing wrong about small talk and also nothing wrong about having any dream, I think that should be in mind with talking to anybody.
When anybody talk to me about any project or dream, I get interesest on it and I use to say "It's ok. Do it" and to help with my opinion/advice if I'm asked for it... but in the most of the cases in the same small talk tone the conversation use to be in those cases...
