I'm not sure it is a domain squatter. I've never seen a domain squatter using Wordpress (although perhaps that's just the latest trick to fool search engines into thinking it's a legitimate site), but more importantly, notice how it responds to http://ths.demoscene.org/ and http://www.demoscene.org/ but not http://domainsquattersarekillingthe.demoscene.org/ . If the domain had changed owner, they wouldn't have preserved subdomains like that.

Well, I don't know who Kelly Brockwell is, but he/she only lives 10 miles away from the demoscene capital of the UK if that counts for anything.
