A new Mircosoft Patch for ALL Intel Cpus... But what does he do?

So where can i download him?
Microcode patches because some Computers kept crashing...
And yeah, Intel has a history of CPU-bugs. Maybe that's why they're "so much" ahead of AMD development-wise - they just save some time/money in the QA-department ;)
