A little background info: The guy with the spoon got his nose bitten off by a dog. The he did a transplant, moving some flesh from his knee to his nose. That pic is from right after the operation when there was still some room between the two pieces. It has grown together now, but when they were still separated, he could do a party trick that beat the "Open bottle of beer with belly button or eye" trick by far.
