bug: sneaky cdc doesn't show up when there is no single comment to the prod from anyone.

Why is the border to the sneaky CDC's box so thin?
My guess is because the markup is less crap than the elsewhere.
Sorry so much. I've just seen TFM and I've seen the sneaky CDC, BUT there is something I can say in my defense: It *should* be near the question of the CDCs, I tried to find out in the faq before posting my question, but since there is nothing about it in the what is coup the coeur answer, so it is confunsing
