Yeah,. and MSX, Oric, Thompson too! SNES, Mega Drive, NES,.. e.t.c. HP Calculators too! Quickbasic too (There is a small Qbasic demoscene too,. I could hold you some demos!)

I Have seen 1-2 Oric demos,. SNES,. there was Mega drive demo in an entry,. there is a small NES scene too... as for QuickBasic,. it sounds like a joke,... but I was thinking it :) Perhaps in the future,. I will watch and add some demos of these scenes,. and we will see about new categories then..

i haven't catched up to see MSX and Thompson demo yet,. because of emul and other probs last time I checked, but there is a scene too!

Maybe there should just be a "miscellaneous" platform for all of these :). No use adding one when there are 1-2 demos for it.

Quickbasic shouldn't be added (I say that having made several QB demos, check out Smackdown :). They're MSDOS specific. Otherwise, why not add Pascal, Delphi, C, C++, etc etc? Messy.

about the platforms:
I'll add more, for sure but, there is a but =)
I think it's ok tu put very different platforms like:

- Amiga ECS vs AGA
- MS-Dos vs Windows
- Atari ST vs Falcon
- ...

but not like:
- Atari ST vs STE
- Amstrad CPC vs CPC+
- Windows 9x vs NT
- OpenGL vs DirectX
- ...

The .nfo is there to get those precisions, or the submitters will be wrong facing all the 100 choices of platforms available.

Finally I'm not ok with the "misc." platform, I don't want misc. prods, don't hesitate to ask me, if it's relevant I'll add the platform =)

I was kidding about the misc. platform (and all the other ones too). Maybe I'll only post when I'm serious from now on :).

Ok,.. mostly like an idea. Although, there is no C++, Pascal, e.t.c.. scene. There is no fanatic separated community on these. But there is a clear QuickBasic community out there, which calls her self Qbscene or something. And,. btw,... it's pure QuickBasic stuff on this one...
And why Java and not Qbasic? Qbasic feels more connected community, than Java..

i had added some prods wich run on these platform, but i had added it in the 'wild' section :(
Analogue, please add it :-) the emulators of this platform are good now
i will edit the sheets in short future (SMC=nintendo ; SMD=sega)

How come SMC=nintendo. I can see that SMD is SEGA MegaDrive, but SMC?

I think it's SFC for Super FamiCom not SMC =)

anyway, I'll add those 2 platforms and update the already submitted prods.

sorry for ya , but files in .SMC are SuperMagiCom and it's the internal name (i think, someone say me that) of SuperNintendo (SuperFamicom), you can run it with snes (super nintentdo entertaintment system) emulators thats sure!, i had try it and all runs very well.
