tmb: are you sure? they are from austria?
yes they are from austria
lazer was originally a c64 crackergroup, that did also demos, at some time some viennese sceners joined them, one of them was charlie, a gifted c64 coder (who later died in a tragic car accident), charlie asked his atari friends to form the lazer atari section, what they did.
when lazer c64 died (because the original founders closed the group down), charlie formed a new group called varsity ( http://noname.c64.org/csdb/group/?id=760 ) and asked his atari friends to come over too, but they prefered to stay with the lazer name, because they already got fame on that name.
(the lazer amiga section is believed to be formed by former lazer c64 member crazy banana and some members of lazer c64 from germany. but on lazer amiga i have little information, because i wasn't in contact with them.)

[EviL]: are you retarded enough to mix up a mere suggestion and ranting?
I knew you were stupid, but not THAT stupid
I knew you were stupid, but not THAT stupid
and still, I could compete for this award, no problem for me, I would stand a chance in this one at least (hello BoyC :))))

Jokes aside, yes, CDC is a cool way for people to discover old/unknown stuff and this one has been there since 22 sep 2006, so I guess people know this prod by now ;)
I know PS doesn't like me suggesting a CDC change, but I have to keep up the pressure once every 4 months, for his own good ;)
(Yes PS, I know and I love you too)
