Africans have developed in a different way than Europeans. This may be due to the environment just like the genes. In Africa, scene tradition simply hasn't developed in the same way as in Europe and therefore it was the Europeans who discovered rotozoomers first.

In our psychiatry course at university, we have been presented 2 children who had great trouble at school. Both of them had an IQ at the bottom end of the normal range, i.e. about 85. (For Germans: We are talking about "Hauptschule" here.)

Now there has been evidence for a long time that the average African-American has an IQ of ... 85! This fact is not disputed by psychologist, the only thing that's disputed is the reason for this low score. Anyway, it means that a large part of the African-American population has great problems at school and due to this, they will also have great problems to find a good job. So it's no wonder why the crime rate is especially high among this population.

Maybe special schools for people with IQ 70 - 100 should be opened.

oh wow.. they have acctually made an IQ test on every African-American to come to that conclusion. Or could it be that they just took a few peoples IQ and said that if this group lies around 85 then every other would be there aswell. It's quite easy to get results that proves whatever you like that way.. I think that is just some white racist bullshit to prove that Americas problem is that the African-American are stupid. It makes me fucking mad that someone who thinks he's smart just belives such crap....

ekoli: Dumb citizens are a problem of any country. In this context, "classical" racism (such as skin-color racism) is silly because there are also a lot of dumb whites with blue eyes and fair hair. People should be judged based on their personality, not on their skin-colour.
