I wondered... has nobody here recognized the demoscene article of the current issue of "GEE"? Includes interviews with farbrausch guys and... well... emulation of Super Mario Bros. on the PSP?

What's up with WAVE?
:|

Are you having erotic dreams about him? Strangly I was listening to some of his C64 tunes.

Don't say anything bad about GEE. They sent me a free example because they put one of my intros on one of their dvds. I think that was a very nice move.

They have one demo and one machinima on each of their dvds afaik.

I recently found out about this company called "demoscene", they are basically some cool Japanese engineers who make absolutely fabulous games (called demo-games) into 96 megabytes, can you believe it? I didn't, until I tried it out, wow!
I don't get it. I thought The Scene was a Quake-like game published in '96 by a company called FarBrush. Please somebody tell me what's going on. :(

Guys, the elitist American high school dropouts from the early 80's called, they want thier pseudo-literate sardonic criticism back.
It's good if the "masses" gets a dose of farbrausch excellence.

chock: Just because someone bribes somebody else doesn't make the first party immune to critics. :)

wtf??

stelthz, this is possibly the only correct quote from the original interview. i said, while the demoscene has parted from the crackerscene a long time ago it still has the mentality of hacking when it comes to e.g. new consoles or platforms. demosceners tend to hack these devices in order to program demos for it, solely for the challenge..

Ok, I get the point. Initially I considered the illegal aspect of "cracking"..

stelthz, actually your version would fit the article much better :)
somehow the author managed to fuck up almost every aspect of our talk...up to a degree where it is funny again imo.. ;) some parts are completely the opposite to what we/i said, pretty much every quote was said by another person in reality and some thing are simply invented e.g. i never played thru super mario bros, heck, i dont even master level 3...what i said was that i own a psp for homebrew stuff only since the games available where all crap from my point of view (except loco roco) etc etc etc....well well, you can imagine ;)

Is it really possible to run NES games on PSP that easily?
