Quick FAQ

• Posted on mission by starpause
  
• No, the compo doesn't take place at a demo party
  

rules:

• each must be made with littleGpTracker (not familiar? download it & try the quick start guide.)
  
• all other hardware/software is allowed, but only a lgptsav.dat and samples are submitted.
  
• use no more than 1.4 megs of samples (uncompressed size).
  
• use 8.3 (********.WAV) file naming convention (gp32 compatible).
  

submitting:

• each entry will include a .zip file containing the piggy tracker data required for playback.
  
• each entry will include a tagged .ogg render (it will be stripped for the anonymous vote pack but made public later.)
  
• starpause is running the compo so he can't submit.
  
• submit entries to starpause@gmail.com.
  
• deadline: OCTOBER 13th 2006.
  

voting:

• anonymous .ogg votepack will be made public a week after the deadline.
  
• only those who enter the compo can vote.
  
• each participant will have three points to cast in the voting process.
  
• voting is by email from the address used to submit and will be tallied by starpause.
  

prizes:

• 1st place: monolith mx7000 1GB flash PMP/DAP (preloaded w/ m3d catalog, for sure!)
  
• 2nd place: sony MDR-EX51LP "in ear" buds (seal out the noise, compose on the go.)
  
• 3rd place: a kick in the ass (it's better than nothing!)
  

aftermath:

• prizes will be distributed.
  
• all .ogg/.zip and the rankings will be made public.
