Some taxi companies tend to accept pre-booking a taxi ride for a certain date and time. But that's wholly up to the acceptance of their drivers and may not be possible in that area. It's worth investigating, but no promises.

I'm not a musician, so I'm mostly interested in other compos. DETAILS.

basically, rules will be the same as in previous years. if someone wants to enter a prod that somehow doesn't fit in the existing ruleset, we can always add compos or, if all participants agree, change rules for a specific compo.

D-force asked me to mail him while i was AFK on IRC, i did, no response yet - wonder if my mail got through. Just so you know, i'll support you guys the same as last year when we make it there (tidying up n stuff, and doing the IRC thing if you still want that)..

maali so far hasn't managed to destroy last year's compo pc, which was pretty much nvidia demobox spec, afaik. we're trying to improve on that spec, but a new spec cannot be confirmed at this point yet.
