Someone's selling t-shirts with demoscene logos
category: offtopic [glöplog]
I contacted him and got a really arrogant answer. The guy is only in it for the profit and don't care.
Is he danish?
Some people make it simple: "As long as you dont put me into a lawsuit, I do as I want with your stuff. Sue me, you piece of shit, or go fuck yourself and dont stand between me and my profit."
didn't scamp have some sort of software to spam the shit out of nasty people?
I'm sure that if he does, he prefers it to be known in public.
salinga: don't tell me he actually wrote that somewhere?
trsi, razor and some others logos seem removed from the shop.
If i remember well, i bought a geeky t shirt from spreadshirt 2 or 3 years ago, by browsing their catalogue, and I noticed some strange things: first, they have multiple site for each countries with partly different catalogs, even if at the end the (quality) printed shirt was printed in germany (or another eu country i don't remember) ... I also remember they had an interface to let you make your own t shirt, and that parts of the images of the public catalog seemed to be user-submited images (it looked like that).
... btw I would really like a "Maniacs Of Noise" tshirt with the logo from "echofied" :)

Haha, those mayhem7 shirt designs are so terrible ^^
Perhaps Artcity/Bitfellas could ask their featured artists for permission and add such 't-shirt-maker' to their gallery. Add 1 euro profit to the price and give some funding to demoscene events :)
The copyright owner can contact Spreadshirt. Spreadshirt will contact the shop owner to delete the designs. According to the IP Policy found on the site.
Sander: I love the idea, I'd print me some elend an kenet shirts right away :D
No Paranoimia-Shirts there...
If you're gonna rip off logos and refer to them as "demo logo" use the correct platform. AAAAMMIIIGAAAAA...not C64 ;P

Bet Chevron back in the early 90ies, sitting in his teenage room pixeling on the amiga, did not didnt expect that a logo he just made for a diskmag would end up on a t-shirt from the super trendy fasion line MAYHEM-7 from LA in 2013 :D

Some interesting stuff i stumbled upon. Actually it was thrown in my face as submissions to ArtCity (which i am tempted heavily not to include)
Not really selling shirts, but photos and prints:

Ringing any bells? (Greetings to Devilstar & H2o)

Just reat your idea, Sander. I find that pretty interesting and will take that to the list of items to be discussed.
But no chance of anyone actually buying that as ugly as that is ;)
I have actually made the decision to setup a little Tshirt sweat shop myself , im carefully selecting and converting the gfx to higher res right now , but if there are any requests for logos on a shirt by me , let me know. yes, there will be a titan sucks shirt. ;)
cons: "shwz" are known (facebook) spammers
alien: a certain megahawks shirt comes to mind
or, no: a polo!
