I want an edit button

I got a pretty neat ISO button from Nosfe that Astu made! It nearly killed me when I went to sleep with the thing still on my shirt.

Although I must tell you lots of forum engines have post editing which can theoretically be abused but it doesn't happen often.

This is true. Which only means that abusing an edit button might prove to be a lot of fun for everybody.
I don't want a button. I want a signal-to-noise ratio slider that makes this forum a bit more readable.

I want an edit button which can edit other people's posts! Now that would be really fun. And all the abuse can be kept at low levels by allowing to change only 15 posts per day!

An edit button would be possible for your very last post and only if nobody posted in the same thread/prod after you
But... a forced preview would be even better...
