This is just how Bandcamp works, when you upload music onto it without a minimum price. You can simply put 0 on the modal and it will lead you straight into the download.
Not trying to defend the idiot who ripped music here, just explaining how Bandcamp works. You could always report to Bandcamp about stolen music
