Something new from lazy Ghandy.

I danced with Norby, one of the wolves, for the "Making of Lupus Reditus", one of the big surprises of 2025.

Starting a project from scratch is different to working with existing code, as was the case with Jurassic Pack. I obtained the finished code after Sixpack presented the pre-release version in summer 1995. It was a huge gift from the Group Gods, and I wanted to thank them by contributing to the project. However, all I had to do was work with the Zytrox code. The same was true of the AGA code, 90% of which came from Mr Tickle as it was created for Devotion. But don't worry. Please be patient. We're working on it; we're committed; it's coming – that's all I can say for now.

Thank you for asking because you're interested. On top of that, my complicated character doesn't exactly make things any easier, to put it mildly. I wouldn't want to be in Browalia's shoes!

But that is also the reason why the online version exists. If you'd like to, you can take a sneak peek at what's to come.

Ok thanks for this brief update sounds like it needs alot of work still.

In the mean time you can enjoy Speed packmagazine on a real amiga or emulator :)

Yeah, the FS-UAE launcher some months ago suddenly didn't want to start on Pop!_OS anymore. The users from all inux distributions were stuck then from one day to the other. Of course I rermember Speed, but a packmag is not quite the same as a diskmag, I would say. And please stick to the actual topic, thanks Magic.

By the way. A new article has been published on our website. This time an interview with my all-time scene hero: Jogeir Liljedahl.

First I was happy to see that someone wrote a report, however the part about hardy being back tarnishes everything that could have been good about that article. Journalistic pro-tip: get your facts straight next time you write about a sensitive situation, god knows there is enough info on Pouet about what actually happened. Imagining how reading that part feels like for people on the opposite end of this "misbehaving" might help you find better words next time.

Thank you for attending evoke, hope to see you next year.

the first paragraph with whining about Amiga is very off-putting as well. next time, you better stay home and play with your dog or smth :P

Just to be clear, I do not tolerate misconduct and certainly do not want to encourage anyone to engage in it. I was just wondering what a chat on Discord (wasn't that during Revision?) has to do with being allowed to attend a complete different party!? The two things are completely different. However, if you have any additional information, I am happy to correct the article. Overall, I think it was a good decision to allow Hardy to visit Evoke again.

I'm so tired of this topic, but since you insist: There has been a (physical) sexual harassment incident involving a female member of the orga crew back at evoke 2019. The aftermath of that, and the handling of the aforementioned "Discord Incident" culminated in an absolute shitshow of character, including threats of violence. All documented in a public BBS thread right here on Pouet.
I'm not going to link it to you because as a writer it should have been your job to ask questions and do your research before spreading misinformation.

And since some people are able to feel more empathy when they can put a face to the other side of the story: Hi, that "female member of the orga crew" was me. And while I am okay with our decision to let him participate at our event, I'm sure you can understand why neither myself, nor many other sensible people are joining in on your "Hardy is back" and TRSI circlejerk party.

I am sorry, I only knew about the incident at Discord. And no, this was never intented to be any sort of "party". I just welcomed the decision to let him in and have a try if he can behave better now.

The whining about the lack of Amiga compos at Evoke was so cringe that I didn't bother reading the rest of the party report. But then again, serves me right for expecting anything better from this "publication".

Yes, this was exactly how it went for me as well.
i agree with the critical points (especially the one about hardy - if there is a case that involves such grave "real life" aspects, you really should talk with multiple parties involved before writing about it, imho), but still i enjoyed reading the report. it's particularly interesting to get to know what sort of "rare" visitors were there - something one doesn't always get to know while busy organizing. in general, i really would like to read more party reports, it's a genre i sorely miss.

I really wonder how many times – since you started writing articles/reports – you had to say "I am sorry", because, as I see it, you are mostly on the lazy side of researching and writing, if not to say: totally clueless. Stop writing about things you apparently know nothing about.

As if darya got raped by hardy... he apologized several times that it never was his intention that a person feels like being sexual assaulted by him. And the shitshow was big enough, full time alcoholi that touches woman when drunk bla bla... i am still angry that such bs wasn't over after a ban year. He missed a lot of evokes.

Noust: So it's more important that someone does not need to miss evoke than someone else feeling safe there?

Is this really the line you want to draw? I'm happy it's up to the evoke orgas to decide and not up to you.

Apart from very much what v3nom said: How can you miss the point so fucking hard?

This was not about whether Hardy is banned or not. He's not anymore. You might not like that he ever was, but have fun screaming into the void.

What this actually was about is that the article (which is now on public record and might be referenced in the future) misrepresented what happened. Nothing more, nothing less.

But it's kind of telling you want to reopen that debate.

Hardy is no danger for anyone, never was. And it was a drunk mistake, he explained it and apologized several times. That the facts.

He did the exact opposite, there are several pouet threads exposing that. That's the facts.

We are talking about a ban for:

Incident with Darya:

Hardy: "So i guess i did really wrong one time, hugging Darya and not letting her get away from me (as she told me!) with drunk breath, etc."

I am the last person that would support such behaviour especially when a person is dam drunk but that's it or not? That means he got banned at Evoke for years for such a stupid action. The ban was way to heavy in my opinion and i don't want that people think there was rape or something like that. Nobody harmed at all and i think we leave this bs behind us. Thanks.
