You win :)
rydi: I don't know yet - I'll probably end up in some small town far away from civilization ... oh wait, that's where we're going :-D
in space, noone can hear you scream
Steel: not to mention you'll end up with drunken sceners from all over our country.. so it's a good advice to bring as much beverage as you possibly can.
Hmm.. danes are not allowed to bring that much into Norway :D
steel: just bring a bunch of potatoes
Leia: Potatoes? You suggest I start my own vodka production up there? I knew you norwegians are desperate for cheap alcohol, but that's too much work :-P
steel: nono, just give a norwegian the potatoes and there will be vodka in an hour ;)
Nono - the "import" rules for norway explicitely say that you CAN'T bring potatoes to Norway!!!

doh.. Leia beat me to it! :D
Wtf!? What's wrong with potatoes? :D
I assume it is because they want to make sure norwegian potatoes dont get diseases from other countries potatoes.. But I am not 100% sure..
I guess potatoes are simply banned in norway (because the norwegians only see one use for them), it's not just an import restriction ;)
Otherwise it's probably related to the normal import restrictions on soil, which you can expect to come with the potatoes.
