SceneNet has been around since years. like, long. it used to be a bit active; at least the #trax channel and afaik one more (forgot which) had like 20 on average users or sth, which isn't really bad or such.

scenenet #trax was where anothernet #trax got moved to.

I hang on #trax on scene.org.. it's pretty much alive and kicking..

A short way off topic, but i was totally unable to connect to ircnet from hong kong. Anyone have a clue as to why? I tried a fair few servers, and from several networks over there. Other irc networks like whatever irc.scene.org connects to worked fine.
