This is a really nice looking intro with great music too. Apparently (at least that how I understand the scroller) PAL fixing it was not (yet) possible.
Beautiful one-screener. The color choices and the star animation look great.

For the best results, use VIC-II model 6567 (NTSC). The newer 8562 (NTSC) version found in the C64C has some grey dot bugs, and the 6567R56A (old NTSC) used in the very earliest breadbin models has one less rasterline and fewer cycles per line, which screws up the scroller.
