This prod would be totally fine on its own but it's riding both, the "complex" and the "cyboman" brand which makes it really difficult to judge.
The (what I think of as) "original" Cyboman 2 had quite an impact at the time, nice design and color choices. Unfortunately that's mostly missing here. The music was fine, though.
