The first unexpanded VIC-20 demo with speech synthesis. The sound cannot be heard properly with emulators (cycle-exact emulation for VIC-I oscillators required - not available today).

The soundtrack was quite ...unexpected. Also a traditional pWp story. Wouldn't have expected it to win (because of the great quality of the compo), but it got twice the amount of votes of the second comer.

nice idea, but i listened to the ogg and didn't understand a single word... actually i hadn't even noticed there was a voice when i saw that the tune had played halfway through and the singing had to have started already =)

One of the best 4ks and oldschool demos of all times. Speech Synth is pretty good (and easily to follow) but compared to the later demos a little "flat".
