Hi all,
I'm the author of this release, Gazza.
I don't remember a lot about this release but I do recall I wrote a blitter sprite engine to draw that 'GAZZA' characters. The engine actually stored the underlying background of each 'sprite' and redrew that background when things moved.
It's actually not an efficient way to do things. It's would have been better to damage the entire background and redraw that whole Factor 4 logo than blitting back the background in the specific places it was damaged. I can't remember why I did it this way, I'm sure I would have had my reasons!
