Looks like school project. Imagine someone brings ZX-Spectrum to school class, where everyone has iPads. And turning on this prod as hotetask result!
You really need to know "crazy demo maker" tool possibilites to understand why that prod rules. You can't drawn with different colors in the same screen area, even in the next frames. All the colors is fixed for whole demo, you just can change the pixels.
So it is the most innovative "crazy demo maker" prod of that compo.

Oh, there was another one! Well, it has the longest running animation... but only because the framerate is way lower :) Obviously made to entertain but not to entertain non-Russians because the scrolltext is encoded in strange symbols :)
