Thanks for this translation! As far as I know, the last diskmag in English was the Subliminal Extacy 4...
Eye, Adventurer 15 was, although these were mainly the translations of Russian articles. And it was in 2004. :)

Additional stuff you need to know:
1) Hold Caps Shift during loading to enable Kempston Mouse.
2) Press the "1" key any time the flicker annoys you heck well.
3) Use the TZX version in order to see the non-broken title screen or in case if your emulator doesn't run the TAP correctly.
Other than that, it's not different from THIS... except it's in English now. :)
