this demo doesn't seem to run correctly in neither vba nor no$. vba has a performance bug that seems to make audio-mixing fuck up the hblank-interrupts (my guess is that the mixer disables interrupts), causing the reprogramming of sprite #1 (the twister) to not happen in time. no$ doesn't seem to emulate the sprite-blending incorrectly.

gba is definitely the best "modern" demo platform. its great for good-old competitive coding thanks to its consitent hardware. on PC you can do anything the other group has done just by increasing your demo's system requirements or using the latest more powerful gfx cards. on gba you have to use your coding skills to beat the next man ;) which is why that crate of beer has not been claimed yet and why MC are suddenly so silent (???) lol
