When I saw this demo for the first time (I think it was 1992), I tried to make the starwars scroller effect. After a few days of trying, I gave up :) Respectz!
Respects for the starwars scroller! I think it's probably the best released one on the C64. I've seen a better unreleased one out there somewhere, but sadly I think the chances are very small that it will ever be released.

Anyway, this was some amazing stuff when it first came out! Squeezing (well, atleast faking! :)) a lot of colors out of the C64, and the starwars scroller seen in the picture - all of it was state of the art at the time.
