This kind of idea would work better in 8k. Now I had to cut down corners quite a bit. I even had an idea of doing two intros as in part 1 and part 2 for the same competition. :D
My favorite in the compo great to see some storytelling with good execution in 4k. Emotionally powerful.
It was also funny coincidence how first in 4k wolf goes to heaven/afterlife (atleast that was my interpretation) and then democompo had Teos demo where bunnies ascend to heaven. WHAT HAPPENS TO THEM BUNNIES NOW WHEN WOLF IS ALREADY THERE!!?

Nice theme. Foot animations are weird, but that was kinda funny :)

Heh. Now that I watched this myself with non-weary eyes I see the issues with animation clearly. I got quite a bit different impression on my laptop that was not able to run this more than 5 fps or so.

I really liked this during the compo, I've a soft spot for story-telling intros, and animated animals are more interesting than architecture fly-bys. The footprints and the minimal music worked very well, but the leg animation broke the immersion quite a bit. Also interesting effect on the disappearing wolf, it works very well!
My favourite from the compo, just because representing anything exact in 4k is so incredibly difficult.
