not sure if i like the realistic looking water compared to the flat / cut out looking buildings. besides that it is a nice looking gfx with a nice amount of night time smog :D
I really like the composition overall, colors and light pollution are great. Not entirely sure about the glitchy window style, but it has it's own style.
