GeekOfflineNL, this demo is made using a tool called cables.gl. The underlying code for the tool and the final demo is JavaScript, and it runs in the browser. For release purposes it gets embedded into an executable file by cables.gl using Electron. You can still check the web version by clicking the "cables" link above. And if you have any other question you can reach out to me through the demoscene discord :) welcome to the scene!
@jeenio: I had being "that one" as it's not even a problem of quality and creativity – and I can totally appreciate experimenting with harder choices; but the music in itself felt disconnected to the somewhat polished and synthetic rendering of the visuals, I'd have expected some more pastel, flat colour, weird poo characters and the likes, a trip to fluffy silly clouds…
Meanwhile, the visuals would have called for some shibuya-key / or maru breakbeat style (http://maltinerecords.cs8.biz), to stay on the theme of WAPAN.

Very nice! Love the use of a kids voice for the vocals. Got to say I also got a bit of a pastel cloud craving aswell though :)

Can't say I agree, or maybe I don't fully understand the dissonance. I respect subjective matters of taste, as we're all different and have broad influences, but objectively what you say doesn't make sense. I guess it's a question of personal opinion, right?
