who could say in 98 that a demo with only 2d effects could be that great ??

nice style, colourfull demo and still innovative 2d effects.
the music was really nice too and fitting to the style .. far away from any scene tracked pop music but completely colourfull.
and it was his first track used in a demo .. respect to you William !

Great stuff even if there are very few effects... The music is really good and original, plus it fits the demo perfectly. I like very much the part with the Flan's pic and those little lights : that's plain beautiful !

I don't think I will port it to win32, but actually I'm trying to run some new 2d effects in java (effects I did after sparks, after 4 years, I still didn't saw these in any demo). so maybe a java prod if I can get a correct speed. win32 later, it won't be hard to do a port from java to win32

I remember it as a nice, colorful demo.
But probably it doesn't like DOS 7.1 - it's just rebooting my system shortly after starting it. Ran fine with DOS 6.2

Superugly colors during the whole demo. I second gloom. A falcon060 surely can do better... and now... thumb down for the re-use of the flan grafix from ENTRACTE which was released TWO years earlier.

I loved so much this demo, super neat full 2d demo :D

I expect this looks incredible on a CRT. I mean it still looks pretty amazing on a modern screen but there's something about the blur a CRT does that would give this so much more. Works flawlessly in DOSBox, which is somewhat ironic now considering they eventually got around to GUI OS ports five years later.
