Whatever joke/statement it was supposed to make didn't work on me.
The mash at the start is pretty well done, the Rock For Metal cover is decently arranged, and that's about it really.
I liked the first half and then it lost me, I'm afraid.

Hmm, I've looked through each of the vids and couldn't find it. (In doing so I also realized how impressive those Ghost in the Shell games are, especially their music selection.) Maybe I'm missing something obvious. :\
