@break Funny, since it's written on a system that has been declared a "dead horse" exactly how many times now? Actually it's pretty hard not to drift to a cheesy 80's look on that peak-80's machine, so why not go full bore FM-84 once in a while?
And in the end it's not pretending to be anything else than what it shows.
Aaanyway, there's a reason why one shouldn't start drinking before writing a greetings screen. There were some dupes in there, so I fixed that in the new DL link which wil be replaced also by the Glöperators soon'ish.

d0DgE: that comment was mostly due to myself getting fed up with the theme in general, regardless of medium. Came across a bit too harsh, sorry about that. No offense intended. The intro is still ok and I if anyone appreciate the occasional old-fashioned single screen and scroll/textwriter intro released in this day and age :)

As for the intro, I kinda like these small single screen intros which were so common back in the day (TM), they don't pretend to be any super advanced thing, just a neat way of saying "Hello, we are still alive!". :)

What break said, and it delivers the message which is the point but as an intro it does as little as possible. Music is simple but is OKish I guess.
I would prefer if it didn't have that awful off-focus effect, you know, where the letters have cyan and magenta on them.
And teasing it did..
