Purports to be a C64 emulator in 64kb, but I have no idea how or if it works.

OK, if you actually let it run, it plays an intro. Maybe it emulates, maybe it doesn't.
I guess it emulates the capabilities of a c64 to the extend that it can display a very simple mid-1980's style intro and play some SID music without filters and such.
