nothing fancy but well that was created
So much sugar above so let me be brutal and add something bitter to the mix. Can see bitplanes. Yea.. Can hear samples. Cool. But no bigger sense, invention or any kind of concept in it. Even sampled music could be more various, few sequences changing from time to time - it wouldn't take too much CPU (rather memory). Instead of putting so many stuff to the screen at once, making it totally unreadable, there could be more different. Still not a lot of coding work, just a bit of invention. Overall experience: poor, work made: impressive but wasted. Sorry mates :D
Nice remake and overscan makes the code extremly impressive. I guess some people did not get it properly - it is remake so fast flow and music is back from 90tees. As I said value added is fullscreen overscan and it deserves thumb up.
wiesczor: The way I see it, that's an invitation for the most possible oldskool Atari party there will ever be (due to the ultra specific attendance), and there's not much more oldskool than recreating in overscan a specific Atari screen of back in the days by The Carebears.

Overscan + dual layer = all good to me! (technical achievement)
Dual transparent bitplanes moving separately on overscan with sampled sound and a scrolly. And on plain Atari ST. Zeesus.
Obviously very olsdchool but nice overscan effect!
