Ahh... nostalgia, and some cool effects like the displacement map/water thingy and the multicolored bump, but on the other hand there's no design, no coherence or anything that would even resemble sync..

Nice graphics, nice effects, nice demo. :) Only the soundtrack is a bit boring.

Yeah,a great demo.
Saffron rules, and the music is very nice in my opinion.

But,i can only see it in a small window.
I mean, the dmeo plays in fullscreen, but in a small square.

How can isolve this problem?
Should i aset my desktop in 640X480?

thanks for the comments!

preacher: well we had two days to make the demo from a pile of mmx effects I had previously made. No time for design. I still think there is some graphical coherence... and there are syncs or didn't the demo work at all on your machine?

orb: the demo tries to open the fullscreen window in 320x240 mode. Maybe your card doesn't support it? Try launching it from command line with -w to run it in window, then maximize. Best I can come up by now... I should have added a 640x480 support too :/

btw the water effect is quite simple. it just took some parameter twiddling and a good background texture ;)

Really great work, nice to see a pc demo with nice transitions. I think the tunnel effect is a little boring (too long on screen), and the music is not for me (start fits nicely though).

Just repeating what has been done before except for the water but at least it does it in style, saffron's graphics and the selected palette work well and the music is all right especially in the beginning. Some minor distinguishing touches added to the otherwise stock effects here. It's all right.

Nice conversion, but why does it stutter lightly in some parts?
