nice!
I especialy like some of the palettes.
Some of the scenes were very good looking, even with the limited tech.

Wow!!!
Possibly the best qbasic demo so far.
And massive, when the first bunch of parts end, you think it's the end and then more cool stuff are coming up!
Colors are great, lot's of 3d and filled circle rendering effects, good sound.
Morreeee!!!

Amazing! I loved the instant replay. I did not think this was possible with QB.
really good! love it! (with the exception of the music - is it the modplayer that was wrong or the samples desperately needed tuning?)

Rocks and nice design.

gargaj: probably a little bit of both.. the tunes are from 1995, when I was still a little tonedeaf. I'll tweak them a bit for the "final version". But the mod player has its quirks too.

no sound and it dies where the cube explodes :(
Sorry, it's only working 100% in DOSBox right now. Will try to fix it for real DOS PCs this weekend.

would have thumbed it up if it wasnt for the bad design execution and music. some pretty nice oldschool effects, i think this demo would have been so much better if the choice of colors and music was crafted for this demo.

has a couple of nice effects, no thumb though because of the horribly off-tune music :)

Some of the parts looked pretty weak, but there were some nice moments too. And we got greets :)

Also, download (should run on real DOS PCs now :), let me know if there are any issues:

Forgot to mention in the final infofile: run "tts -setup" to manually select your sound card (I'd planned to make "no sound" an option, but forgot).

I really want to thumb this prod, because it's a neat achievement when you consider the language used to code it. But.. the music in the first part is just so awful. I can't believe that's the best music Phoenix, of all people, could dig out of his back catalogue for this demo!! So: piggy, sorry guys.

I really like the music in this demo, also again confusing and scaring the hell out of C++ users again... by coding something awesome with qbasic!

I never knew one could do something this awesome in qbasic!

Too long for what it is. An endless avalanche of badly designed 1992 style effect screens without much to it can get boring no matter what. Also, I must second the complaint about the music. Random notes solos sound terrible, especially with that corny sax sample that is already so overused it's not funny anymore. :)

Yes this really scares "C++ users" :)

It's cute but the music makes my ears bleed!
