Hmm,. just realized normal version is only fast in dosbox. Of course. Video memory reads for blur, dosbox doesn't care, real PC cares.
Also, fast flickers some points. Of course, needs double buffering.

Yes, i made a note about read memory slowness in souce file.
To prevent flickering of the fast version i tried simple vsync via 3DAh port, but then it's above 128b and still flickers on some machines.
