well it's an (idiotic) tool made by a demogroup - and considering this is very old and not available anywhere else i thought it's appropriate to preserve it here.
It's perfectly available at aminet.

the aminet package is not the original scene release, it features only the exe without the infofile, does not preserve the original archive-name etc.
