Hard for me to decide on that one. The middle part isn't displayed correctly on my TFT. For my taste there wasn't enough noise in the sound. Still a rulez, though.

I don't understand this noise prods, which is the point? :-/ ps you owe us an explanation from the party...
doup: indeed i had promised i would explain and then i didnt.. i just wanted to see the reactions of ppl without the explanation, and then no one asked about it afterwards so i just didnt bother, anyways, i wrote a "tutorial" into noisedemos in a blogentry i recently wrote. it doesnt explain the background for this particular demo (which is my hatred for xmas) but it explains the overall idea behind noise demos.. atleast the ones i did...

didn't like the cellular automata bands, liked more nosfe sound, which cuts the time around them.
i expected a last bang still, looked like too easy to release gradually and to be at the end without a final attempt at being harsh. if it was intended, one pint.

Great sound, but what is is this Blue Danube stuff in the background? Pure noise is good enough! :) Some visual variations could have been nice...
