I'm really loving this landscape, it's beautiful... The code is clean, and the music fits well to it. I'm already longing for the next one. ;-)

Very nice looking demo, especially landscape. Right after the landscape it's very slow (pIII-450, tnt2, 640x480). The sound could be better

some semi-cool elements, but the boring flyby-scenes (with terrible camera-moves), the not-so-good graphics and the music from hell drags the overall feel down alot alot. one part also bugged like hell (some mapped sphere in the background and random filled faces flowing over the screen - gf2mx)

and yes BTW a a PIII 450 should be enough to play it

ryg : i dont know : this part only uses multitexturing and Volumetric fog
stuff the radeon should be able to do

gfx+music in this demo feel soooo oldskool... Where did you find these guys? :-)

Anyway, it's fast, memory friendly, with nice textures, rather small (no mp3 :-)... It also uses 2d effects over the 3d scenes which works great for me. The music could be better, though and the landscape part a little shorter. Good work! :-)

still voxel. Ryg i have an idea, buy a new computer ;) hmm if my memory is right i tested it on an ati radeon 8500. it was ok. maybe a windows error or a driver problem.

A liitlle word about the music :
- I've done this music 4 or 5 years ago and i've only modified 1 or 2 pattern for the synchro, so i know that the music suxx a bit :) and don't forget that the 2 coders (vox & shk) says "Demo 100% coup de moule" so the translation -> "100% Lucky Demo" :)

crash (freeze) at the 'objects demo style' part on my ati rage 128 32mb, athlon550, 384mb ram
cold scenes, nothing happens. global design is good, colors and other things, but i dont like it. why? perhaps it is the less of personality and lack of coherency.

okay now we're getting somewhere!

it seems cameramovemens+static geometry is hip these days :)

next time i'd like less cheesy music, some more hardcoded stuff, a little less rgb, a bit longer.. but overall, props.

so i agree with flure, promising..

best demo so far from that group. the 3d scenes were boring though, seen that a 100 times before in various other demos. the music was too oldschool for my taste, please improve that :)
oh yea, and the effect right after the landscape was a slideshow on my machine.

plek/damage^tpb : the camera movment is hardcoded, there are 2 map and 3 models, all the other stuff is hardcoded :o) but we will do more hardcode next demo, dont worry :p

There are some flaws there and there, so I can't really thumb it up... but it's a nice start I think.

oh yep for those that wonder, this demo is not a scene player, camera movment and everything except maps have been hardcoded...

Be carefull guys, do not seft-vote (for voxel).
I love hardcoded stuff, but next time remove all those flybyes.
By the way, I'm certainly not gay, be sure of that.

Nah, not very good. The landscape was a little impressive at first, but then went on too long with some bad camera movement. But I'll be nice to these guys and give it a piggy.

the code and the graphics are nice. synching could have been better, but probably not easy when the music sucks!

Dull and ugly. No thumb down coz of few acceptable scenes and nice 2d Gfx.

Wasn't too bad. Some okay textures. But a bit plain in content: Doom corridors, fractal terrain, etc.

I don't get the point of it.
