Muhmac du bist ja wohl völlig besoffen.. Besides this this 4k actually rulez.. Nice idea to include compressor and waveshaper.. Sounds fatter and somehow special.. cant wait to see your next one.
to be honest, i don't "get" it, just as i don't get muhmacs 4k from last years evoke. it looks like there is something very complicated behind it, but i simply don't understand it, and visually it's not really appealing to me since the colors seem to be picked from a candy jar.
anyway, the sound rules, and i'm pretty sure this was an impressive effort.

yes, this is an iterated function system (ifs). just 5 linear functions with some nonlinear post-transformations applied. if there is enough interest i could clean up the source and release it. nothing really interesting in there though except for the synth maybe. :)
auld: its done on the pc side, shaders do not provide the necessary functionality for the nonlinear transformation part.
