I like it!
Well, I like the idea to still release a chartmag but the handling and the interface could be a lot better. The code still has several issues like ugly graphics bugs when writing over certain bitplanes, the mouse movement is still MUCH too slow to be useful etc. Please improve that for the next issues.
Note to SelectaNovel: JP is not only a Moods Plateau production.

I'm sorry that I forgot to notice that in my article. Everybody who downloaded JP or looks at these pouet pages knows that I know that it is apparently a Scarab production, too.
Anyway, nice chart mag with a much (!) better graphical composition this time. Just drop this moaning about not getting support next time.

good improovement since the last issue, which doesnt run properly on my machine... now it works! I also like the new switching mode for the panels. gfx and layout is always a matter of taste. its ecs, its oldschool and so it looks. keep it going!!!
ahhhrg i forgot: it would be great to force ;D the voters to only vote for active crews and sceners!!! if there is a way to do so... do so :D
The music background is very nice.
Had a problem with starting/switching from RTG screen to PAL...so I was forced to run PAL-res OS first and then start VS4.
Otherwise the Versus screen shows up, music starts but everything else freezes o_O.
At all it is a fast-to-go-through chartmag with exactly that purpose.
Yet, the scrollers are still running too fast ;P

StingRay: Im suprised you couldnt tell me personal. Hope you got my mail btw.
Concerning GUI-design Ive been working with that on higher level in companies and also supervised students on highschool myself. So guess I know the subject. This gui is filling the purpose right now. But will be reconsidered when you are rushing in some articles.
skip read the articles/charts if you dont like it is my advice

I take it you are offended by my comment but this was not what I wanted when I wrote it. I just gave constructive criticism so that some things could be improved for the next issue. Also note that I didn't say with any word that the GUI doesn't fulfills its purpose. Yet it could be improved, at least that's what I think. Especially the extremely slow mousespeed is very annoying. So take my comment as what it is, feedback to let you know what can be done better next time, wasn't ever meant to offend.
Some articles are quite good read. Music is awesome. Thumb up.
Good.

What's the problem to copy them from fastram to chipram on the fly? This way you could avoid such problems without much hassle.
