1.) No, don't upload a with-music-version. Using the BB-Code, you can place a link in a comment.
2.) Linking to your website, instead to the actual file sucks, not just because it's anoying (popups...), but also you cannot find it using the mirrors once the link is broken (because you linked a *.htm file, not a *.zip/*.rar...).
So next time, please upload the zip only. If you have 2 versions, add the other one with a link (with the BB code) in a comment.
