It starts depacking but doesn't work. I think this file is also broken just like lame demo/dienstagstreff. could anybody make them work?

I liked it a lot :) Old school look, colorful scene and sinus of the multiplexer are great. I haven't seen any multiplexer scrollers for a long time. Plasma fx is also cute. Maybe you should have choosen a different border flash color than white.

Really, really nice!
The scroller is absolutely cool.. And i like the plasma even more!

gosh.. this sucks... tma, you should finally improve your abilities... even the abuze-cruncher-intro looked better to me ;)
and not even the font is from cosmos, even the multiplexer-scroll looks like from mc.sprite (ein schelm, der böses dabei denkt).

I remember seeing a collection of little intros (some may call it demo) by "Abyss Connection" for one of the X-parties, which contained a full screen ECI plasma. Even the colors were identical to the original routine by Raz (Rasmus Wernersson) ... Maybe component based development has finally reached the C64... But for me it is quite clear.. Code Ripping.

@Midfit:
blablabla, Germany's Elite, hahaha... with those lame intros. hahaha, do better...

@Midfit:
by the way: i do some nice intros for you (TRSI - c64)!!!

@TMA: Whatever you call lame. I can comprehend your personal strain that actually don't accept your failed code ripping tries but it is my opinion. You can excuse your failed attempts at producing something of value with your "oldskool" attributes. Whatever that is.. You are still nothing more than a chicken-feed of a wannabee-coder.

@Midfit:
wannabee-coder or not. i give my best for the time i have. helping the c64-scene to survive is good i think. where are your references? is this oldskool prod all?

by the way: active is better than inactiv...
i do my best. wait for other prods of AC.

@TMA: Helping what? Uh huh... Just give me a break!!! you are helping the C64 scene with releasing ripped code and using Werkzeug by Farbrausch!

I guess people will be so happy with you!

Great. I guess that's really the BEST help a scene can get. I guess everyone has been waiting for you and will run for your mighty profile. Wait! Give me another break! Do you take yourself serious?

You are asking ME for references? I don't think I have to exculpate myself. It's you coming down from the hole, where I hope you will crawl back into.

Btw. It's inactive - In case you are searching for the right key. And before I share my time with ripping routines and starting looking like you I will rather take a direct bow around this "SCENE" you are part in.

@Midfit:
ok. you win.
by the way: in our prods are no ripped codes. not really: some of it was typed of from a c64'er-magazine to understand the routines. nothing to blame, or? anybody do so to learn code (read books, internet, looking to other code etc.) you make it hard for me and for other guys to be a scener.

is the scene only for cracks? no, everybody is welcome: newbies, oldies with lame prods (like us) and so on. now we (and many other) crawl back to the hole where we come from, there is probably no chance for nocracks.

and why not using werkzeug? many sceners use tools like this. look at demopaja from moppi. a great tool for all. i think over 20 percent of sceners use it.
anyway: as a daddy i have not enough time to learn c+. thats why i use werkzeug.

greets and a nice day from

No. Finally YOU (!) have won respect.

Concerning the routine. Why haven't you send a credit towards Raz? Why did you steal it 1:1? This is not fair in concern of the work Raz has put into it. If you understood the routine you have seen the pretty tricks it contains and it should give you a figure about how long he took for this stuff. And another thing: Copying a technique is ok, using some code also (Even common today). But taking something 1:1 ? Sorry... Atleast a credit.

You said it right. No, the scene is not only for cracks. But hey... Take pride in what you do and keep atleast something of the high quality spirit of the past. And respect other works (..and don't steal them - plain and simple said!).

About tools: I hate to say it.. You are right here. There is nothing speaking against, with the slight exception that demos become less and less code if this gets common in a wider approach. And this is - yeah - creative.. But not as creative as the offsprings. And you can't really talk about oldskool here or ? Whatever that is, by the way...

My respect for you and your expression.

Also a nice day..

Middy

yes, a big sorry for this. you are right about the credits for raz. on the evening where we release this peace of lameness at one of these x-parties, we got a drubbing (only hard words :-) ) from countzero for using the code from raz.

Thumb up for TMA's finally reaction and the aim of the production.
Scene is about friendship, friendship includes not to steal, code is important but follows later.

I don't know if ripped code is used here or not but I like this little demo. The flashing is annoying though.
