link is ok but wait 30 seconds before the DL start

first launch on my computer = crash! perhaps a lobster stay in memory ,']

the style is good, colors and other things but it miss greetings, credits and a good music
there is no transitions too between the parts, and they cycle allways the same

so, an ok prod for an Amiga group wich try the pc scene ;-))

No milestone, but surprisingly good for a first prod. Looked a lot like some of the intros from the good old mid-nineties.

I really like the background layers but the foreground effects are too simple imho.
a bit repetitive at some points, but still very nice

Saturation galore, but still nice and entertaining...

I'll second the "cool for a first-timer"-opinion. in fact, this little piece of code beats some latest efforts by some respected "scene-monsters", like the nice background images. but most of what's going on on the foreground has a general "been there, seen that" feeling about it..
so, the thumb is there more to keep the guys motivated. 8)

But (Zone) there are credits!
A rather good music (Tex is in love, he was missing time for us !), AND that's true the greetings are missing ( but when Exel has asked me for them, just 10 minutes before the second dead-line, I have said him that we would have better to forget them this time -10 minutes for a suitable list of all our friends isn't enough-).

Finally the intro works fine even on my PII 200 with my old Matrox Millenium II gfx-card, so for the crash, don't have you launched the Marchals demo just before ? :-p

well, concerning the tune, it was done in hurry after a zaac phone call 2 days before the party (assuming that i was very busy this days, yes, i'm in love ;) ) and finished at party place...

finally i think that the tune is catching quite well the main design of the prod and i'm rather proud of it :)

It seemed pretty short (but maybe that's not a bad thing? :)). I didn't like that I had to manually exit at "the end" screen. That's only cool when the effect at the end is awesome, like in the non-stop ibiza experience :)

It lacks of anything but enough for a rulez imho x')

Nice visuals, below average music (made in a hurry... i know) and almost no design. Still its quite good for a first prod and it does bring back memories of some intros from the late 90's.

bigcheese: or fr08.. =)

Anyway, nice first release.. only faults are, its too short, not enough foreground effects, too much saturation.. I had to strain my eyes to make what I was seeing :) I prefered the 2nd entry at Synthesis Party coz it was cute! but I see potiental from Mankind.. hope to see some good things from you guys in the future.

A thumbs up because I know how important motivation can be. :)

a fixed version (a bit of optimization and some synchronization troubles resolved) is available on http://www.m4nkind.com or http://tex.mankind.online.fr

Some nice things, but it didn't "flow" well enough and I'm not really fond of repeating the same effects multiple times. But good for a first release.

Nice style thanks to Zaac's design. Nice use of particles... too bad it's too short and there's no progression troughout the whole intro.
