gargaj: there is a big difference between WANTING to do smth and actually DOING. plus, it's normal that big parties coordinate amongst eachother the party dates. symphony didn't although the organizers knew from me that evoke will be on that weekend. no wonder i'm pissed off. but well, too bad for symphony i would say...!

1st - 26-28 august. it's not fault of symphony's organizers. people voted for this date.
2nd - there will be polish people at evoke fe. be ready for new plastic demo there.
3rd - yes, azzaro screaming "do me blowjob, you rags" in invitation demo is just a weird idea. ;)

let me clean this up. gargaj i don't know if you just WANT to misunderstand me - you're a intelligent fellow so i dont know why you interpretate in my words stuff that you apparently WANT to find there for whatever reason.

it's not about "my elite party" - it's about the custom that party organizers in europe coordinate dates with eachother, in order to avoid bad athmosphere and competition in terms of visitors and releases.

i'm neither referring to symphony organizers as stupid lamers nor i'm making evoke "elite". actually i care about this affair because i like symphony and have respect for the people who make it. if it would be some 20people local-lamer meeting i just wouldnt care. but symphony is the leading party in central eastern europe and of course it's a bit sad that they didn't orientate in european context while planning the date, especially since symphony has proven itself as a party people visit from allover in the last few years.

also kempy, your argument is not valid since the organizers should not have proposed this date for voting at all. but well, who cares afterwards, people will know where to go. and yes, there will be polish people going to evoke too.

dipswitch: I noted that I have a feeling that you don't want to say what I think you did - its just that, as said, you chose the worst way to formulate your disappointment.

I will be at Evoke, I heard enough about totally drunken organizers that were last year not anymore able to held the compos and stuff like that.

Yep, i'm from Poland. That party sucks i was on 3 editions, just one in '03 was ok. Waste of time, it's no leading eastern europe party it's disgusting party for alko-sceners. Some ppl may flame on me after that post, but i don't care. If you don't belive me try to go and watch yourself how it looks like. Lame.

Like dip I was very unhappy to see Symphony at the same date as Evoke. I'd like to visit both parties again this year, I even participated in the poll but well...
Maybe next year. Have fun guys and come to tUM for some polish-german drinking action. ;)

and what do You think about networking two parties and showing (offcompo) the productions from party A on party B ? I'm really interested in that MAWI stuff because they've made a major preparations after the no good "Glare" demo. They even written some posts on polish scene portals daring anyone to beat them.
