has some pretty cool parts once you get past the trauma of the intro.

i would complain about censorship at the partycompo now but i had already seen it before, so i didnt really give a fuck that the great majority of the audience at bp05 was retarded enough to not bother checking if the 8 minutes were good or not for more then 20 seconds.

drunk demo audience is known for beeing retardedly narrowminded towards more abstract stuff anyways. a good surprise would have been if the compo orgas would have told them to stfu or go outside for a beer during the next 8 minutes, but sadly such methodology didnt occur to the beamteam in time.

i'm still angry about the fact that i couldn't see this in it's full lenght. i really loved what i saw.

well, downloading now. i just wish i had a bigscreen and a even closely decent sound system at home. :(

maybe parties like asm that keep all the drunks out, do have some good in their way of dealing with drunken idiots. (and we all are more or less idiots when we're drunk)

I'm just going to be a total bastard right here and say that I think this should have been played in full INSTEAD of the lame ripped-commercial-music watching-gamers-rehash-a-joke thing. I probably should have been a jerk at the party and screamed out during that one 'how many of us needed on stage to stop this shit' but as we'd all seen Nosfe handle the situation with the getting on stage - well, you know, just cuz I don't like it doesn't mean someone didn't spend time on it and deserve their time on the bigscreen.

I would suggest perhaps next time people don't like something like this, maybe getting a beer or something. Some folks DO like this stuff. I don't get it, myself, most of the time, but I'd rather think about it than have the same repetitive stuff thrown at me.

Also philosophizing on pouet comments is just not a smart move... oh well.

I can't vote on this cuz I didn't see the whole thing, maybe I'll see it on someone else's machine. It wasn't really anything that made me want to go look at it. The other ambient/art entries were better than this one from what I saw.
The video flickering could get annoying but it was somehow smoothed out so wasn't so aggressive. The audio was just starting to focus and get more interesting when kb asked people for a justification to cut it from the big screen. I'm sure he realizes this isn't exactly a nice precedent, to disqualify a work on stage like this.

kb has apologized more than once after this "incident"
whatever, i didn't like it too much neither. but booing entries is not really a fair gesture against the creators
This was amazing. I was about to float into the bigscreen...

hopper, nothing wrong with booing entries - don't make a prod if you can't stand people disliking it.

booing it *away* is the problem.

oh, also, okayish prod, this, though too boring and eventless even for me.

this is not a first time for kosmoplovci to be subject to a stupendous incident, but i must say i did not expect this to happen on BP... maybe on ASM or TG, but i had higher hopes for BP...

we did worked quite a lot on this one, but also on other videos which we planned to release on various parties during this year, but now, after this bad start at BP, who knows where and when our work can see the light of the day...

it is funny thing that we are equally not wanted on ART and DEMO scenes. ART scene treats us as not serious, DEMO scene treats us as too serious, so we are quite nowhere and on our own ;)

personally, i feel myself quite closer to a demoscener, because it is the way how i think and how i function together with machine, for almost 15 years now. it is the place i seek in and find most of my inspiration, and so does the rest of kosmoplovci. i don't choose to watch only noise black and white demos, i do enjoy lot's of 'classic' and even more of 'oldskool', therefore i find even more difficult to understand those who can't show at least some decency regarding someone elses work.

anyway, on parties or outside of them, our work will be out there. maybe even on pouet. ;))

started good but becomes quickly boring
i just love it, and i dont quite understand what the fuzz is about. either theres something wrong with my pc, or with me, since i find the visuals smooth and beautiful and the audio quite soothing (except for a few noises). i could lean back and enjoy this for much longer.

hmm, i liked the calm middlepart, the other parts are just too rapid to get sucked in the screen. so piggie
hm.. i'm not sure what to say about this one. I really appreciated some of the 'camerawork' that went into it.. especially some of the horizontal screen duality stuff. I also like how it becomes more dynamic in the last minute or so before it ends. I was glad i watched it... I didn't agree with the abruptness of the ending, but maybe that's good? think i'll think about it some more before i thumb it up...
