The first demo ever featuring texture mapping on amiga. Probably released in 89/90.

came a long time before spreadpoint's cube'o'matic.

Released between 29.06.-01.07.1990. Yep, over a year before Cube-o-Matic.

Miles ahead of everyone else. Always thought Cube-o-Matic was first.

Forgotten thumb for a milestone. Also, boasting is always fun and too rarely seen nowadays.

Cube-O-Matic had the first "real" texture mapping on Amiga. Blitter Disaster's "texture mapping" is a rather limited but was cool back then of course.

Definitely a milestone

Cool "texmapping" anyway in 1990

Remember seeing this and watching it several times, then sort of needlessly dismissing it from shaky precision and so few pics rotate in Z. Rewatched it now on the old beast, and this already means a thumb. I appreciate the early tech and experimentation.

It must be a first for iso projection. Virtual Intelligence added filled vectors behind, but was released much later. Cube-o-Matic, another great Amiga demo, also came later and does perspective, but is very slow. I'll go check that I've voted on those too now. :)

Definite thumb for this. I was so 'oooo-oh' back in day when I saw this.
