Nowadays the term 'Eskimo' is considered to be a racial slur. Maybe not quite as volatile as Chink or Nigger, but a tad more harsh than Limey or Frog.

Lovely game. And it really isn't too hard. It just takes some time to master like any other good game. It only needs better sounds to be a classic among other *free* games. Thanks.

NOo! I can't beat level 4-2 (the last one) !!! I guess there won't be any seafood pizza at the party then :P
I didnt imagine this would end up here :) Anyway there's way to cheat, by clicking the lower left corner in the Continue/quit screen (just press esc while playing).
About the gameplay balance. The whole game was done in four weeks (bascilly coded in weekends, rest of the time was spent modelling and finetuning) and I gave it as a present to most of my friends, so no beta testers. If I want I can complete any level in five minutes (usually I get pissed of after 20 fishes though).
And because of the time I could spend on it (school deadlines & cha-cha-chah) I didnt have time to make good plot increase the playability.
The sounds are just some random stuff I got from the web and the used soundforge to shift the pitch. I'm no musician :)
Final spoil: And unfortunately there's no final excitement (see previous paragraph for the reason :).
Maybe I'll release the source someday, if someone has too much spare time to spend making it better...
Ah... one more. The Eskimo term (and actually the initial indea for the face of the character) is picked from a finnish refrigerator-box (those transparent boxes you can put berries in and the nfreeze them) maker. Also someone mentioned the ice-cream. So at least here in finland it does not have the negative tone. I'm sorry if someone upset about the name.

Memon: excellent work. I found the game to be quite entertaining and visually beautiful.
In my humble opinion, it's not boring and it's not difficult (took me like 3 minutes to figure out how to fish).
So, a great game with cute graphics, ok sounds and addictive gameplay... definitely worth the download.

This was a fairly crap game, because i suck at it :) Well, i caught some fish, but it was very rare. But presentation was great.
Unerving. Unable to catch a fish in 3 mn. And often the "bouchon" will get caught in the "island" and you can't take it off and it's not logical at all. Sorry, but I wouln't have liked to receive such a present.
