Chilling!
Well, the demo is purely animation, but it could serve as a good foundation for a little horror game.
The mirror scene reminds me of those surrealist paintings by Magritte (like La Reproduction Interdite), where the reflection looks in the same direction as the person standing in front of the mirror. And I think that typography could be improved... perhaps leaning into a Gothic style instead of using something so generic and Spectrum-like.

Who made the gfx?
An answer from the author would be great.
at this point you have to assume any new demo posted to pouet not coming from a party and from people returning after two decades is going to be LLM-ed

The eyes were taken from The Amityville Horror (1979). Sadly, nobody wants to make graphics for me, and the old floppies don't have any Halloween content. So I used generative AI tools, and it took me three or four days to make these. I really, really, really would have preferred to work with a “real” graphics artist.
As for the other comments, there are several effects in this demo, but they're not the main focus.
And yes, it should have been a game.
it's cool, but if the main attraction in your demo is AI generated I have to thumb it down.
demoscene for me is about human expression, not about commissioned art pieces. (no matter if you paid another human to paint for you or if you paid a machine to paint it for you)

Yet you decided to not mention it in the NFO or anywhere else. Which honestly is enough information.

Yeah, literally this, when you try to hide it it's clear you tried to get away with it.
Yeah i don’t think the slop gfx are the only issue here…
Also @Demozoo, you just credited yourself for gfx without a blink. Nice.
Honestly it just feels like bait at this point, but not even good bait, I don't care, I just want my glops.

Fair point about the missing graphics credits in the NFO. I've prepared a corrected version that includes the graphics sources mentioned in my earlier comment, and submitted a request to have it replaced on Pouët.
