Any word about the techniques?
Breakdown of the process goes as following:
- Composed a rough sketch track for testing in Reason DAW
- Fired up Blender to build a scene with fairly simple geometric shapes and materials
- Keyframed the audio to model translations
- Rendered from various camera angles and movement (w/ fairly low samples as this was to be distorted later)
- Distorting the rendered video clips + few random shots from the streets in After Effects
- Finish the track
- Syncing transitions by hand to the track on Premiere
Very cool visuals.
Makes me want to do a similar visuals-to-grid-objects-thingiethangie in realtime
stylish.
